Reads your whole festival
Because budget, roster, line-up and run of show live in one system, the producer knows your festival without a briefing. Ask for a concept run of show and it comes out of your own data.
The operating system for festivals
Run of show, crew, budget, suppliers, tickets and site: everything that keeps a festival running, in one place. The big pilot runs this summer; public launch at ADE 2026.
Why this exists
The run of show in Excel, the budget in three separate versions, the crew in chat groups and the permit in a folder. Anyone who has ever organised a festival knows the feeling: it's not quite right, and no one knows where the truth lives.
Everything looks at the same data. Change the headliner's set time and the timetable, the run of show and the site all move with it in one go.
A signed quote becomes committed budget. A load-in slot becomes a run-of-show line. Ticket sales drive the bar stock.
We're not building it for a demo but for this summer's big pilot. Every module gets used on a real field there first.
Nineteen modules
Phases, tasks, critical path and the permit dossier. See at a glance what's done and which deadline is coming up.
The dossier that gets the council to yes, and keeps the day safe. Classification, emergency routes and first-aid cover in order.
The whole day minute by minute, live on every phone. It keeps pace with the clock, with a NOW marker no one misses.
Recruit, roster, brief and look after, from site crew to first aid. Volunteers sign up themselves, you divide the shifts.
Bars, food trucks, stock and revenue, without guesswork. See per outlet what comes in and what runs out.
Income and costs, committed versus spent. With automatic royalty reservation and scenarios that do the maths.
Agreements, payments and load-in, linked to everything. A signed quote becomes committed budget on its own.
Everything and everyone in the right place, at the right moment. From load-in schedule to transport and gear.
Sound, light, stages and power in one overview. The technical production that keeps the show standing.
Line-up, block schedule, riders and soundchecks. A change flows straight through to timetable and run of show.
The public schedule: always current, correct everywhere. Publish per day the moment it's fixed.
Sell through your ticketing partner, figures live in your system. So you know where you stand every day.
Its own site per edition, filled from the system. Line-up and times are right because they come from one source.
From first announcement to sold out: every channel in one calendar. Nothing falls through the cracks.
From package to deliverable: the income side that isn't a ticket. Every agreement captured and tickable.
Who goes where: wristbands, zones and lists that add up at the gate. From crew to press and artists.
Cups, streams and power: neatly arranged and demonstrable. Ready for what the council and public expect.
Edition two doesn't start from zero: figures, lessons and archive. What worked and what didn't, in black and white.
A producer that thinks along: from concept plan to warning, out of your festival data. It proposes, you decide.
The festival day
On the day itself this is your screen: the run of show keeps pace with the clock, sales keep counting and the roster flags its own gaps. Below with sample data, live.
Amplified with AI
Because budget, roster, line-up and run of show live in one system, the producer knows your festival without a briefing. Ask for a concept run of show and it comes out of your own data.
A watchdog that spots roster gaps and budget drift before they become a problem, and warns while there's still time to steer.
Permit and safety-norm questions, answered with the source alongside so you can check it yourself. The producer proposes, you decide.
It all comes together
Every deadline, shift and show gathers in one calendar, with a personal feed per crew member and artist. Subscribe with one link and your festival is in Apple, Google or Outlook, always current. And it connects with the rest of your Google workspace. Below with sample data.

The big pilot
This isn't software from the outside. The system is built and tested in practice, from the first location scout to the final settlement. What doesn't work on the field doesn't make it in. The public launch is at ADE 2026.
